We are pleased that you have chosen LOD to provide you with VoIP consulting and technical support services. LOD is committed to providing quality and affordable services in the right quantity, and on the right schedule, to meet customer requirements.
Please note that per-incident support is provided on a "best-effort" response basis. Normally, non-emergency requests for service are completed within 72 hours, and emergency requests within 4 hours; however, response times may vary with our current workload and staffing. If you require a defined Service Level Agreement with guaranteed response times, we would be happy to discuss terms and pricing for an SLA with you.
LOD’s remote support rate is $225/hour and is billed in increments of ¼ hour (with a minimum of 2 hours). We will not bill in excess of our estimate without prior approval, and in all cases we will bill for actual time spent on each task. Itemized invoices are provided for all services billed. Payment is required upon successful completion of each project, once it has been "signed-off" by the customer, unless alternate payment terms have been arranged in advance.
New customers are billed from a retainer balance of 2 hours ($450.00); funded with the acceptance of these terms.
